American Legion Post 166 - Queen of Hearts Rules

Each player must be a current of the American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary or Sons of the American Legion.


Each player must be in good standing by showing membership card before choosing a card on the board.


The game is played with 56 cads, including 4 Jokers.


Tickets are $1.00 each. You may buy as many tickets as you wish.


Tickets will be sold until 6:00PM on the day of the drawing (NO EXCEPTIONS).


The drawing will be held on Friday’s at 6:15 Pm (excluding Holiday’s, unless otherwise noted).


                            Only one ticket will be drawn


Winning ticket will choose one of the numbered cards on the Queen of Hearts board. If the chosen card is not the Queen of Hearts, it will be displayed in the same spot.  All remaining tickets sold for the game will be discarded and the money will be carried over to the next week’s game.


If the Queen of Hearts card is chosen, all cards will be removed from the board and new cards will be installed for the next game.


                                            Payouts

If you have the winning ticket and you choose the Queen of Hearts card and you are present, you will receive  100% of the posted amount.

If you are not present, you will receive 50% of the posted amount.

If your ticket is drawn, the payouts will be as follows:

  • Queen of Hearts – Cash Pot
  • Jokers – $50.00
  • All face Cards and Aces – $25.00
  • All other cards – $10.00



  

All monies for this game are derived from the ticket sales.

The club does not contribute to this game
